He has also litigated employment law actions, collection cases, general commercial litigation, and civil rights cases as well as bankruptcy, and surrogate's court matters.

Andrew has been quoted on real estate topics in The New York Times. He has published articles on zoning and land use issues in New York Law Journal and New York Real Property Law Journal.

Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association.
